14 Roscommon Businesses were represented at the July Network Meeting. We had a very interactive discussion about cost saving ideas for businesses with valuable input from all attendees.

• Review telephone/mobile bill and ask for better package
• Online banking
• Review employee expenses
• Involve employees in cost reduction initiatives
• Use better cost classifications for identifying areas for reducing costs

• Reduce stock
• Get more than 1 quote
• Double sided printing
• Contra-advertising with another business
• Review insurance
• Reduce tax liability

There will be no meeting in August. The next meeting will take place on Thursday September 2nd at 6pm. More details to follow.
